Join the EPC!
Membership in the Elkins Pilots Club offers student or experienced pilots more of what they are looking for in a flying club. As a member, you are a part owner of the aircraft. You enjoy 24 hour access to all of the planes via our convenient web-based Reservation System.
To join the Elkins Pilots Club you will need to provide the following paperwork and bring it to your first meeting:
- Completed and signed Application form
- Copy of your State Drivers License
- Printout of your Driver Record obtained from the DMV
- Copy of FAA Medical Certificate (Not required for Student Pilot until solo)
- Copy of Pilot Certificate (not required for Student Pilots)
- Copies of logbook entries of your last Biennial Flight Review (Not required for Student Pilot)
If you are a student pilot, and have met all the paperwork requirements, you may begin your training immediately. Applications can usually be processed in 3 days.

Membership Costs
To join the club there is a one time initiation fee of $50.
Monthly dues continue to be $50.00 per month.
Family members or other general aviation enthusiasts are welcome to join for $10 a month; inactive members pay $10 per month.
